Making your own Shungite drinking water
 
If you are looking to make your own Shungite water, you will need to work with elite Shungite. Elite Shungite has a carbon content of 90-98% and the highest content of Fullerens. 
 
 
To create 1 litre of Shungite water you will need about 35 grams of Elite Shungite:
 
  1. cleanse the Shungite crystals before every use to ensure it is cleansed of all chemicals it may have attracted in previous uses
  2. add water to it and put a lid on it
  3. keep in the fridge for 3 days 
  4. strain the Shungite water to ensure no Shungite pieces are left in the water before drinking it
  5. ENJOY
